Angelique Smith’s journey into event planning began long before her professional career — with a childhood binder filled with carefully cut-out photos from bridal magazines and mock wedding plans that reflected her early passion for creating beautiful, meaningful experiences. Growing up in a family that was deeply engaged in church and community life, Angelique was a regular on themed celebration committees for Youth Day, Ushers Day, and holiday events. It was there she first learned the power of thoughtful planning, creativity, and collaboration.
With more than 20 years of experience, Angelique launched her career in nonprofit events, eventually becoming a trusted executive leader in the sector. As an event planner, she brings not only hands-on expertise in corporate events but also a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and leadership — supported by a degree in Organizational Management and Business Leadership. This unique combination allows her to align events with larger organizational objectives, helping clients maximize impact, boost engagement, and meet their goals. She also understands the priorities and needs of corporate clients, delivering events that support engagement, culture, and business outcomes.
